The Planting Bed Renovation or new landscape design Consult is a 90 minute IN PERSON appointment with a garden designer and coach to discuss your garden renovation. If you have an area of your yard you would like to plant with new shrubs, flowers, or food forest plants, this consult is for you.

The consultation includes a visit to the site to see the planting beds, measure, and discuss your intentions for the space. A list of suitable plants and design ideas that we discussed will be emailed to you after the consult so you have a summary of the meeting.

You will receive a very detailed intake form, leaving in-person time for important details and requirements for your renovation.

After the meeting, the designer will review your project/goals and provide an estimate for your Planting Bed Design Drawing and Plant Palette, via email. This consult does Not include installation, plants, or drawing.

This consult includes up to 150 square feet, additional planting beds can be added.

The New Kitchen Garden Consult is a 60 minute IN PERSON appointment with a garden designer/coach to discuss your new garden installation, or issues with existing kitchen garden. If you are ready to increase your family’s food security and start your garden with confidence, this is your plan.

Your consultant will walk the entire property to assess the unique microclimates and find the perfect spot for your new kitchen garden. We will measure the space and choose a design that fits your goals and lifestyle.

Your consultant will then review and summarize your project and provide an estimate and seasonal planting plan for your raised bed kitchen garden via email. This will include costs of plants, soil, and prefab boxes or troughs. Does not include custom built beds, but we can recommend a contractor if needed.

This consult includes up to 150 square feet, additional planting beds can be added. Areas served are San Clemente to Santa Ana, sites outside of the area will incur a travel fee.

60 min IN PERSON consult to get your care, plant selection, and pest control questions answered. This consult is for you if you would like expert plant/container selection for specific spaces in your home. I will asses the lighting conditions, space, and style of up to 3 rooms. You may send photos of problem plants or spaces via email before your consult.

You will receive a very detailed intake form to asses your goals and questions before the consultation to leave In Person time for important details and solutions. After the meeting, the coach will review your questions/goals and provide a summary of the consult via email so you have a copy of everything discussed. This consult includes a plant list if new plants are wanted.

No “Mow & Blow”, no loud machines, no strangely shaped shrubs. A different kind of garden service by an educated horticulturist and trained sculptor.

We will shape and prune shrubs and flowers for health and beauty. Seasonal deadheading of flowers for more blooms and shaping for a natural garden shape.

This can be a monthly service or just a couple times a year for CA natives and established gardens.
